Massage Therapy

Every appointment includes an assessment of your presenting concerns, hands-on treatment, and some self-care activities to try at home!
Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs, health history, and health goals. A variety of modalities may be used including Swedish Massage, Joint Mobilizations, Fascial work, stretching, active release techniques, PNF, and more.

Hello, my name is Adrienne Moerschfelder-Gellman Owner and RMT at MS RMT!

I am an animal lover, gluten-free baker, swimmer, dabbler in art, DIYer, community volunteer, and nature enthusiast.

​In August 2024, I graduated from Georgian College with an Advanced Diploma with Honours in Massage Therapy, and I found my passion. I love working with patients to help them reach their goals, alleviate discomfort, and promote overall well-being. I am proud to serve the Muskoka community.
